When Tony Whale went to see his IFA Brian Brotherton to discuss the possibility of buying a commercial property he had found on the market he was immediately referred to Stephen Colley at the ASC Essex office. Having been running his own vehicle body repair and colour changing business “Colourtone”, he had decided now would be a good time to purchase his own freehold property with the option to lease half of the premises out to a colleague in a similar business.

Stephen managed to secure a long term facility of 70% loan to value for 25 years at 3.75% over Bank Base Rate. Brian managed to raise some additional funding for his deposit from a residential property with a deed of gift from his family to cover the balance.
