We love it when a client returns to ASC. It is conclusive evidence that we did a good job first time round!
So we were delighted when a client, for whom we had previously arranged property finance for, came back to ASC as they were looking at purchasing further properties and wanted to raise capital off their existing portfolio.
They had identified a property they wished to buy, and were up against the clock! Luckily, we were able to move quickly and secure them a loan of £1 million in the nick of time.
Additionally, we were able to secure the loan at a rate of only 3.29% – the fact that the rate was fixed meant that the borrower had additional security of knowing exactly what his interest payments were over the period – particularly important with rates rising at the time!
