ASC Finance for Business, has new owners following the sale by its founding family.
Three ASC Regional Directors – Dominic Williams, Conrad Robins and Alex Milham have formed a partnership to assume ownership and management of the business. Collectively, the trio bring over 45 years of ASC experience to their new role.
Founded by brothers Joe Sucharewicz and Henry Ejdelbaum over 50 years ago, ASC has offices covering 25 regions nationwide.
Henry Ejdelbaum, ASC’s co-founder, said, “After nearly 50 years of working with ASC as brokers and franchisors, we know that the time is right to move on and allow fresh energy and new ideas to take ASC to the next level. We couldn’t be more delighted that ASC has been taken over by Conrad, Alex and Dominic, who have been running highly successful ASC offices for so many years. I wish them the very best for the future and look forward to hearing of everyone’s success.”
Conrad Robins, ASC Joint Managing Partner, commented, “Having each successfully owned and run an ASC regional office when the opportunity arose to take over the business, we collectively jumped at the chance. We’re excited to build on ASC’s success and take it forward.”
The trio will continue running their respective offices while developing and growing the national business.

We plan to expand our lender relationships, open new offices, and ultimately help more businesses secure the finance they need.”
