At ASC we have been successfully raising finance for our clients for over 50 years. In that time, we have raised finance for more deals than we can list. From Cornwall to Scotland, from working capital loans to multi-million property development deals – ASC have successfully done it all. Here are just a few examples of some of the loans we have completed over the years.

 

  • ASC arranged £10,675,000 of development finance for the purchase and development of 11 large townhouses and 5,500 square feet of commercial space
  • We recently arranged £6.67m for a large manufacturing firm to purchase the freehold interest in their factory and offices
  • A client, undertaking a development finance project, approached ASC Finance for Business having been let down by a lender at the last minute. We were able to find an alternative lender to provide £600,000 to complete the project, and ensuring our client received the funds within 3 weeks
  • We raised an additional £220,000 by refinancing an HMO, in order to re-pay existing debts and allow for the development of a plot next door
