Commercial Property market on the rise in the UK.

As the last restrictions were removed in the UK earlier in the year, and many companies have asked their employees to return to the office, commercial property is back in demand.
 
Many commercial property owners are seeing the rents which went unpaid, or were paused during lockdowns, being paid back, and there is an optimistic tone in the property investment market across the country. There is also a growing trend of ‘green property’ where property developers are looking into creating designs that pollute less and choosing a better mix of materials for construction. Also, we have seen different banks offering ‘eco loans’ to businesses looking to reduce their impact on the planet.
 
But it’s not all so positive, there has been a slow recovery for other commercial property owners, as many shops haven’t been able to balance their books, and some have closed due to the mix of Brexit and post pandemic economic effects.
