Finance to help your business blossom!

ASC Finance for Business were approached by one their regular introducers of business to see if they could assist a client in purchasing a retail property for her newly incorporated florist business. She had been refused by a number of lenders including her own bank because it was a new start up business, and she was beginning to get the feeling that it was never going to happen.

Philip Thompson the regional director for ASC spoke to the client directly. After a productive meeting, Philip was able to establish that the client and her husband had an existing business that could purchase a retail property as an investment and let it to this new business – hence there might be a way to raise money for the florist after all!

ASC disclosed the connection between the two businesses and with the help of business plan were able to raise 75% of the purchase price of the property, and at a very competitive rate. With a formal offer in place, the client was able to move in to the property and start trading as a tenant until the completion took place and she became both the tenant and the landlord!
