When he said the above, Winston Churchill was probably not talking about business finance. But his sentiment still applies.
Recently, we were approached by a manufacturer and installer of specialist joinery products. The company had been trading for over 30 years and had a client list spanning the UK and Europe. They were looking for some additional working capital to fund a major new contract, but despite their experience and profitability, they were declined by their bank.
Fortunately, they decided to keep going, and were eventually introduced to ASC Finance. By taking the time to speak to the client and understand their requirements, we were able to find the right lender for the company, even though their bank has previously said “no”, and they were able to take on the additional work and reap the benefits.
