If there is one thing the majority of small business owners have in common, it is that there are never enough hours in the day.
A recent survey by instaprint showed that an average of 10 hours each week was taken up by administrative tasks such as complying with health and safety requirements, or adhering to the new pension rules. One statistic which stood out for us, was that a third of small business owners said that they did not have the time to manage and grow their business effectively.
So what does this mean?
It shows that time is precious. If everyday tasks are taking up too much time for small business owners, how do they manage when there are specific larger tasks – such as hiring new staff, or raising business finance? The more support businesses can get from specialists, the more they can focus on the important things and running their businesses well.
