It’s been a summer of great sport. The World Cup is reaching its climax. Wimbledon is well underway. The Tour de France begins in the UK this week and there is still the Commonwealth Games and more to come!

But sportsmen more than anyone know the importance of needing to back up the talk and expectation with actual results. It is no good hyping yourself up before a match, only to lose and not put up a fight (we won’t comment on the England football team at this point!).
