Your background
You may not necessarily be from a financial background. But your experience in commerce or industry and your proven track record in your field of business will clearly show the entrepreneurial skills you have to run your own business. Enthusiasm and initiative are not enough for our future 'partners'; you will have already achieved success in your own field, with an unfulfilled desire to improve yourself and your standing in the commercial world.
It is not necessary to have had the experience of running your own business or to have a marketing background, one of the benefits of ASC is the support we provide and the network of colleagues whose experience you can draw upon; we also provide an extensive training programme.

How does it work?
If your background matches out requirements, you will be sent a full franchise pack, together with a suggested meeting date; the initial meeting will enable you to have your questions answered. You will meet with the Head of Sales and Marketing to go into the background to the Group, marketing support and training issues, and the selection process. You will also meet with an ASC Regional Director, to discuss the financial aspects, including details of his income streams, the working day, backup and support services. You will then be invited to contact and meet with two Regional Directors, enabling you to see first hand how a Regional Director runs his operation.
Following reports received back, you may be invited to a second meeting in London where your individual situation is discussed in relation to the area, licence fees, funding, training, timetables etc. Please note this is a shortened version - the full timetable is gone into in detail during the meeting.
