Your background
Commercial
experience and a proven track record in your field of business are
required with entrepreneurial skills to run your own business. You
do not need to have a background in finance. Enthusiasm and
initiative are vital and you will have already achieved success in
your career, with a desire to improve yourself and your standing in
the commercial world.
While
it is an advantage, it is not necessary to have previous experience
of running your own business or to have a marketing background. One of the benefits of ASC
is the support we provide and the network of colleagues whose
experience you can draw upon.
We also provide an extensive training
programme.
Nothing
can be achieved without hard work and we will work through the
challenges with you to achieve your goals. If you have the
determination to succeed, then we will support you all the
way.
Application process
If your background matches our requirements, you will
be sent an information pack.
If you are interested in discussing the opportunity further,
we will arrange an initial meeting at our head office at 3 Park
Road, London NW1 6AS. We will send you another pack prior to the
meeting. You will meet
with our Sales & Marketing Manager who will cover the background
to the Group, what it means to be a Director and the support
services. You will also meet with the ASC London Director and Head
of Operations to discuss the financial aspects, including income
streams, the working day, backup and training.
Following a successful meeting, you will then be
invited to meet with two Regional Directors, enabling you to see
first-hand how they run their operations. You will also be asked to
provide a business plan and cash flow
forecasts.
Further
to positive feedback, you will be invited to a final meeting in
London to discuss your individual situation in relation to the area,
licence fees, funding, training and
timetables. |
