A recent survey by Samsung Electronics found that small business owners spend just under three hours each week dealing with IT issues.
This is on top of a similar amount of time spent on office management. Now if those admin tasks are almost taking up an entire week, where does that leave small businesses in terms of the important things, like marketing, selling to new clients or growing and developing their businesses? (According to the survey, marketing received just under three hours per week, and sales, almost three and a half).
This doesn’t begin to take into consideration the more complex tasks such as looking at business finance, hiring new staff, or finding time to enjoy the ride!
There are ever increasing hurdles placed in front of small business owners, and time is at an increasing premium.
